James, This is regarding your response to my husband, Shawn Pullen's, one-star review of your store on 06/19/26. The review had nothing to do with the water itself. When customers walk into a business—especially a candy store where people are coming in excited and expecting a pleasant experience—they generally expect at least a smile, greeting, or some acknowledgment from the staff. When I entered and said hello, I was not greeted in return, and the interaction felt dismissive and annoyed rather than welcoming. As for the water, we were not trying to get free water or avoid paying for anything. When we asked for water, you handed us a small cup that you filled yourself. Because there was no mention of a charge, we naturally assumed it was complimentary. In our experience, many businesses provide a small cup of water at no cost, so that assumption was not unreasonable. When we saw the total, we were simply confused because we did not realize the water had been added to the bill. We were not angry, upset, or arguing about the charge. Fun place to browse games and puzzles, candy of all kinds, and they make variety of sodas, milkshakes, ice cream, and popsicles in an old fashioned atmosphere! We like stopping in when we go to the Gem Theater.

Great place to get a great Milk Shake or a custom made Soda. It has a nice selection of Candy and Puzzles as well. My Wife and I and our Grand kids love this place. The Double Chocolate Milk Shake and the Wonders Cream Soda are my suggestions. Both are really good. We make this a once or twice a week stop for us since we learned of the place 3 weeks ago.

Glad I stumbled across this shop! I picked up some candies and sodas to try but I'll be back to pick up some puzzles. What a great selection! I also want to come back to get a custom soda or milkshake when I have time.

WOAH! This place is amazing! New location with loads of new features. Including a build your own soda bar (or float!), bakery items, and all the candy. So affordable and something for everyone. Including sweet, savory, sour, sugar-free, and drinks. And that’s not even including the puzzle & game section. Such a fun place with nice staff. Love love love this place. I got Ginger Beer with lime soda and my husband got Espresso & Irish cream soda. Both were fabulous.
